We deliver training specially formulated for services supporting people experiencing homelessness. We have a practical understanding of the sector which helps to inform our work and we work collaboratively with organisations to understand their unique needs.
Within our training we aim to develop your staff teams awareness of their service user's experiences and needs, as well as increase their own self development.
Our training can be delivered in person or online and can be tailored to your services needs, in terms of duration starting from as little as one hour.

We facilitate team building workshops where your team are encouraged to think about their strengths, skills and what they value in each other.
Our workshops encourage creativity, individual and collaborative thinking and skill sharing to develop ideas and ways of working which are inclusive and innovative.
Our Tree of Life workshop can be tailored to your services needs, ranging from shorter sessions thinking about your team as a whole through to whole teams creating individual trees and coming together as a forest to weather storms.
We also run workshops to discuss Values. These can be facilitated to support teams to reflect on the work they do and how they can work towards their values.
