We deliver training specially formulated for services supporting people experiencing homelessness. We bring knowledge and experience from working in the sector which helps to inform our work and we collaborate with organisations to provide for their unique needs.
Our training aims to develop your staff teams awareness of their service user's experiences and needs, as well as increase their own self development.
Our training can be delivered in person or online and can be tailored to your services needs, in terms of duration starting from as little as one hour.
A list of our available training is below, please get in contact if you're interested in our current offer, or developing something unique to your service.

The second day is for staff to think about the principles of trauma informed working and how they are already working in a trauma informed way, with plenty of opportunity for discussion about implementing changes to improve their approach.

We facilitate team building workshops where your team are encouraged to think about their strengths, skills and what they value in each other.
Our workshops encourage creativity, individual and collaborative thinking and skill sharing to develop ideas and ways of working which are inclusive and innovative.
The Tree of Life workshop can be tailored to your services needs, ranging from shorter sessions thinking about your team as a whole, through to whole teams creating individual trees and coming together as a forest to weather storms.
We also run workshops to discuss Values. These can be facilitated to support teams to reflect on the work they do and how they can work towards their values.
Prices start from £350 for a half day course.
